This was my first time travelling overseas by myself. When I first started out on this journey, I really didn't know what to expect. Being in Tokyo was like being in another world, with a different language, new people, and wonderful opportunities to experience.
Another thing I did not expect was just how challenging and intensive the Japanese course would be. Trying to balance studying and seeing as much of Tokyo in 6 weeks was quite a challenge but somehow I was able to pull through. I have learned and grown so much from this experience. I've also met so many great people that I will always remember. I made this webpage to share my journey and I'm always interested in learning about other people's experiences as well.
